Julian founded Raymond Advantage in Atlanta, GA, nearly 10 years ago. Teaching started as a part-time job while in graduate school but has become a passion for him. Julian has had a varied career starting with an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Linguistics. During undergrad, he was recruited by a professor to work for the US Army Recruiting and Education Command developing adaptive leadership strategies with the Command Psychologist using psychological instruments and adapting methods designed for Olympic athletes. That foundation of adaptive thinking permeates all of his teaching.
After undergrad, Julian moved to Atlanta, GA, to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, which he received with honors. He practiced for three years in midtown Manhattan and is a member of the New York Society for Ethical Culture. He currently resides and practices chiropractic in Los Angeles, California. Julian is developing LifeNerds.com, an online lifestyle platform where explaining journalism meets sass to cut through the poor reporting and silly notions of health that are so pervasive in our society.
